Pantsir look like a good choice since it much more mobile, but i would see it as an intern solution or to replace our jernas rather than strengthening our air defense

like the patriot or s300 system. 
no organization have claim responsibility thus far, plus have to find where the hell the plane is currently

the radar will detect it and gun missile are deployed to shoot it down

Missile like klub-s, brahmos goes super sonic like mach 2 speed.
these kind of missile extremely deadly if we dun have good ciws.
ds30m could still able to shoot down harpoon though.
