 Working late, How harmful it can be.

Heh, the problem in boleh land is a lot of management rewards working hard than working smart. In fact a lot of managers that i've worked under got to their position because they work "hard", so they kinda expects the same from you. If you work at contract hours (i.e. 9-5 or 9-6, etc), then you are not at your potential, so you get more work to make sure you work 10-12 hrs a day, regardless if the quality decreases causing more time and resource to fix it and losing customer confidence as well as employee morale.

If i'm not mistaken labor law does not take effect if you earn more than RM1500 a month.
