 Working late, How harmful it can be.

That's the mentality of most managers. In fact, what I think is, from their perspectives, even if you work smart within the working hours, that's still not enough.

To get promoted, you have to do extra extra more. That's means not only work smart within office hours, but up to 11 or 12PM.

It's a sickening fact.
