Dear Gamers,

As gaming industry existed long in market, most of the gamers are familiar with email, livechat, and forum support when they face difficulty in topup, ingame bug, questions/inquiries, etc. Those are normally applied to online gaming.

I'm currently conducting a survey of my own on how gamers/users love/preferred to contact for customer support on Apps Game
Simply reply the thread for the help

Example[U]
Email - Reason: Old school. Fast and convenient.
Forum - Reason: Community help is more accurate and fast.
Livechat
Social Media (Fb, twitter)
Phone support
Other - whats the method?

I will run this mini survey for 3 days. Result will be post in this same thread too once completed.

P/s: reason of this thread - I'm developing an own apps and wish to provide better customer support according to Malaysian user preference.

facebook page feed update - nowadays fb is convenient for recent activities/promotion, can even send message for support.

Forum if you want to build a community. Let them share some of the bruntwork as forumers can help each other. It also lets you as a developer participate.

Facebook is a piece of shit. People who really need help can't get the visibility they need.

A feedback form for user to submit their feedback/enquiry would help reduce the workload from you.

Since it is an apps, i guess not much player will go to the forum because of they using the smartphone or tablet to play due to they never enter the website at all.

The support i think or create a support button which link to the mail in any place of the game will greatly help to improve the customer service as they don't need to find out how to contact you guys when they come to the problem in game.
