FLASH NEWS ::: An upcoming project in Ara Damansara. This project has just been approved and will contain 5 blocks of 907 units and 1 block of 28 units shop-lofts. Probably the developer is doing highrises for the first time. [Source: Architect]

nowaday banyak condo easily hit 1000 units or 100 units per acres...... on a small piece of land...
you think this type of trend is healthy ar... accetera kor ?

Ara Damansara will enjoy same future like DPC, no more landed supply and all undercon and future launches all high rise. Wonder what will be the current ratio of landed to highrise and the future ratio at AD and DPC?

Looking at the artist impression of this project, I felt scary that this is coming to AD

I googled Top Rank Assets Sdn Bhd. It's owned by Srii Berhad. The parent company was delisted from bursa since 2009 or 2010 so it's hard to find any announcements on their "venture" into property development.

They bought Top Rank Assets in 2002/3, possibly assuming this little known Ara Damansara land together for the acquisition.

Anyone else can dig things up?

Like Weida, developer for Urbana also chose ara damansara as their site for their first foray into property development

Look like Macam very hard to stay... Temporary staying OK lar. Hard to imaging for long term stay. If no choice n want stay at ara OK lor.
