I am looking for players who is interested in the competitive dota scene and want to go big in the future. We have a BIG aim for this year which is to seize sponsorships and a name for ourselves.

a)COMMITMENT [In my experience of managing of a team, nothing comes first then commitment. Skills can be trained overtime but committing to a team takes a whole lot of effort from that]
