I am looking for players who is interested in the competitive dota scene and want to go big in the future. We have a BIG aim for this year which is to seize sponsorships and a name for ourselves.

a)COMMITMENT [In my experience of managing of a team, nothing comes first then commitment. Skills can be trained overtime but committing to a team takes a whole lot of effort from that]

Here's a guy who wants to make it to the competitive scene. Do you accept players who are still quite green to dota2? I'm a dota1 & HON player previously but would love to shift my focus to Dota2. Semi carry/utility is perfectly fine, though I would prefer to have either 4/5 role. What say you?
