Yeah  thumbup.gif

Water cooling solves your worries. Even my NT06 on the AMD X2 3600+, my board shows the temp to be around 60C in a 20C air cond room. My PSU is sucking the heat from the NT06 too.

I think i might wanna try to change to the Scythe Andy Samurai as an alternative, not sure if it'll be too high for the height or not, but anyone else with other advices ?

hehe..thats not the heatsink problem, its the board problem. it shows the temperature too high but that is just a figure, the real temperature is not as high. i assume you still using the same board and the same proc as i do, Abit NF-M2 and 3600+brisbane, old BIOS of the board has a compability problem with brisbane processor.
updating your BIOS to 1.4 will definitely fix the problem. i also has the same high temperature before, but after the update, now it shows 47C with stock fan running 50%. Imagine what it'll do in your rig with the NT06 running 100% biggrin.gif
