My SA told me 2014 manufacture will arrive after CNY…i booked last year…suppose to take car early this month, but my SA said if i want 2014 car…he can help me arrange but need to wait after CNY…He said Toyota will only start manufacture new vios at end of January

common sense, now is already 10Jan2014... your friend is getting a year 2014 car next week... then, quite some customers abort/postpone their year end car purchase due to Malaysian mindset that year registered affected the resale value. this further leads to high inventory in UMW.

Hence, i think its quite impossible to have year 2014 car for your friend.

I'm not trying to condemn your friend but just analyzing this from business point of view.

Anyone know what is the bulb size for new vios projector headlamp?

uhm guys. I'm going to my 1k service soon. May I know how much they charge? estimated.

I've given up faith on Toyota already.

i also suspect the same thing... not can really feel the engine vibration badly from within the cabin.. might send in AGAIN to rectify this... but its really giving me a headache.

So the current vios knocking sound problem same as it previous gen ya.. As previous gen famous with it absorber mounting got knocking sound.. Hope it really the same case.. Will inform my SA about this very soon..

I think most of the current gen vios have this issue as per stated by many fellow Vios owner here. Even in Toyota's forum, there's alot of people talking about it too and yet it seems like there's still no permanent fix for it.

hmm... seems like SC under UMW is really better than others like WingHin Automobile... which is the one in Balakong. That SC is a crap.

Anyways anyone know what is the bulb size for the headlamps? Can't seemed to find it.

so... I've did some other test with the vios. Everything original. The handling of the car was somehow disappointing. felt like the car will lose control when slipping through traffic with the speed of around 100-120kmh. (yes I admit I'm an ******* for driving this fast on heavy traffic)

Anyway, any solution to increase the car's handling?
Roll bar, strut bar or something else?

Kindly advise.
