im running on average 11.5km/litre~

thats around RM0.18 per km, based on RM2.10 per litre of RON95 fuel.

thats around 390km per RM70 tank of fuel.

Driving style, kwai kwai one.
Traffic condition, 60% highway and 40% heavy jam

hope this info helps.
*

QUOTE(RoxyMunky @ Oct 3 2014, 10:39 AM)
Anti roll bars provide 2 main functions:
The first is the reduction of body lean. The reduction of body lean is dependent on the total roll stiffness of the vehicle. Increasing the total roll stiffness of a vehicle does not change the steady state total load (weight) transfer from the inside wheels to the outside wheels, it only reduces body lean. The total lateral load transfer is determined by the CG height and track width.

The other function of anti roll bars is to tune the high g / limit understeer behavior of the vehicle. The limit understeer behavior is tuned by changing the proportion of the total roll stiffness that comes from the front and rear axles. Increasing the proportion of roll stiffness at the front will increase the proportion of the total weight transfer that the front axle reacts and decrease the proportion that the rear axle reacts. This will cause the outer front wheel to run at a higher slip angle, and the outer rear wheel to run at a lower slip angle, which is an understeer effect. Increasing the proportion of roll stiffness at the rear axle will have the opposite effect and decrease understeer

Benefit after Installing:

Improve Car Stability at least 40% & above
Reduce Understeer
Improve Braking Performance
Reduce Body Roll
Improve Sharp Cornering
Improve Safety Aspect & Comfort
Improve Handling Stability
Highly Recommended for Street, Track, Drift, Rally, Autocross, Gymkhana, Drag Racing and etc
Product Material: Light Weight Carbon Steel
Official Color: Pure Solid White
Life Time Warranty

Sounds interesting. Where you get yours install? ex ?

Guys. Any idea how to repair a small portion of paint that's being scratch off?

The paint is gone and reached the metal part due to one of my passenger opened it too hard and knocked on something which I have no idea of until yday when I send my car to install the roof insulation thing.

The toyota guy told me need to spray whole door else the colour will be different. I mean I don't mind if the colour goes a little bit off than the original but I don't want to spend a fortune on it.

You can try out Meguiar's Scratch X 2.0 biggrin.gif subject to how serious your scratch is...

Nope. you can't use Meguiar's Scratch X 2.0 to fix that, You might need to repaint it.

The good news is, AEON got sale the repaint colors that match with your car, you just need to look for the car model and colors, small bottles and won't cost u a bomb.

anyone have this loud road noise when driving on highway? anyone tried soundproofing?

I heard abt wheel arch soundproof and floor insulation...  which is better? anyone tried before?
*
I assume the sounds that you referring to are the coming from the wheels. Yeap, wheel arch and floor insulation will do the job, if have more bullets go for door insulation as well smile.gif

Afternoon guys...

Is that ok, if i'm still cruising and shift From from gear D to N when i'm approaching traffic light and brake gently till i'm stop? Hope this won't spoil the gear box :/

Not sure this can save some fuel. And yes, i'm manual driver before auto biggrin.gif

A good question.. I did that too before this but refrained from doing so now because there were a few instances where I push to D from N when approaching traffic light but suddenly the traffic light changes to green. So I had to change back to D when the car is moving which is no good to the gearbox. That is what I read online. Im afraid that I might have spoilt my gearbox now  cry.gif

lol. I've been doing that for a month, till my friend advice me not to do that. But when i asked Toyota service agent, he said it's ok to do so shocking.gif

QUOTE(drakzero @ Jan 7 2015, 12:25 AM)
From personal experience and basic understanding of how gear box works, shifting to N while your car is in motion will do negligible to no harm to your gearbox. Look at the video below for better understanding of how it generally works.

If you switch to neutral gear while in motion, all you do is 'release' the gear, there's no additional friction or damage to the gearbox

However, I suspect that if you switch to D gear while your car is still in motion in neutral gear, you will cause a little damage to the gearbox. As you can see from the video, the gear will still be rotating when the D gear is engaged, causing friction with a moving gear part.

TL/DR: Shift to N while moving = OK, Shifting to D from N while in motion = Personally not advisable.

I could be wrong, feel free to correct me.
