Not sure about the quality, but Meng certainly have more value than Tamiya offering with Interior and PE (always) included in the box.

yea..i saw 2 small sheets of PE for the Pzh 2000...and a metal barrel!!

i think AM for the Metal Barrel itself might costs around RM60....which is half the price of the whole kit already.

the built looks crisp and clean! nice build!

but i bet most modellers prefer to do it themselves...since the process of building is what get us into scale modelling in the 1st place.. nod.gif

ouch! that's reaaally bad.. if the hull/keel broke into few pcs...i guess it would be better to buy a new one than spending additional time/putty on it...

whoeever the buyer is..i am curious to know the inside contents to see how it fare....

OK find from encyclopedia example,
BB-63 Length: 887.2 ft (270.4 m)
DDG-174 Length: 528.2 ft (161.0 m)
So sure is smaller no doubt. hmm.gif
*
Ya bro...BB is battleship..the only ship that can be bigger than a battleship is CV or aircraft carrier...

I have some BB 1:350 and a handful of DD 1:350 as well..and seriously...when put them side by side...i began to understand why during many naval warfare, even with 8 DD, they will put on smoke screen and run away from 1 BB...but again that's WWII when they dont have Anti-ship sea skimming missiles...

Any DDG can take on a WWII BB except after the 80's re-fitted BB...

OOh jst saw..you should google for WWII DD..it's way smaller than current DDG...

Nonetheless if i may add..that ready build DDG looks awesome!! except for the joining area.. sad.gif
