felt like the detail of fujimi is better than hasegawa.
this weekend gonna become bz, paint the flying desk 1 bfore assembly.
the most difficult part is sticky up the PE. it gonna take few week.
the 1/700 plan is better & detail than hasegawa..but only 6 pcs ..very stingy.

looking for the extra plane for my IJN aircraft carrier shokaku since it only come with 6pcs of plane......
12 pcs need RMB 80.
i better get the fujimi akagi with 36pcs with the price of RMB 168.

i almost give up my shokaku. after spraying the paint..notice few of the PE fencing went missing.
lucky bcos i use gun metal as finish..so it may not so obvious...to notice.
so far progress, control tower & safety net still havent install.
sticking the PE is nightmare.

latest update: marking & decal printing seen work fined. hope this weekend can finish it up.


btw, panda model ztz99B, too lazy to print & cut the digital decal..so i get this decal (with die-cut) for rm28.
this is my CNY project.

accidently drop a cement on the clear sprue when i want to cement the canopy.

found a solution from utube about how to recover the acrylic transparent part.
Recovery 80-85 %.

sand the scratch texture with sand paper of 1500 with soap watter apply.
keep sanding it until it clear without changing the sand paper.
then, the surface become smooth & clear but no glossy.

apply mr color clear gloss.Done.
Noted..bfore this i spray the anchor can clear gloss..end up it damage the clear part & need to re-sand again.

this method only apply for surface scratch lah, if crack line, then cannot lo.
