hi fellow forumer... thinking on building WWII warship...never tried on warship before...need some advice 1. how's the flow on building and painting the ship? 2. i'm thinking: dry fitting > assemble and glue > undercoat > paint the ship. or is there method that i miss out?
look like i should build a ship, i like aircraft carrier. make a survey..then the price is afordable, but the box really Huge, shipping gonna cost a bomb.
i aim for this 1/700 , box size 24" , hope shipping wont cost a bomb. 1/500 (36")........ 1/ 350 (46") both included motor.

limfreelance from HLJ if IJN carriers, scale 1/700 cost around RM70~80..shipping around RM30+ for EMS if online shop from HK, i think cost would be a little bit lower..
big box easy kena kastam, that y i focus on 1/700 instead of 1/500. once kena kastam need to paid 60-70.
edit: RM 70-80, can u provided the link, i search in HLJ, but dont have such a price.

almost finish. pending effect touch up. 1/35 trumpeter Challenger 2. Got gap line & uneven surface, less detail....but,cannot complain bcos it cheap. good for heavy damage effect. It abit huge compared to ZTZ.

That 4D gun come ready molded in color plastic. One can re-paint it to bring out the detail. I did bought some from the book store from prangin Mall for around RM4/= each. They also sell the so call 4D tank and plane set that is totally out of 1/72 scale they printed on. So, I don't think it 1/6 scale. Maybe smaller. I like their MG42. My Hobbyboss CV90-40C and ZTZ-99A1 is almost ready except for their track that take ages to assemble. Will do a poster color painting of it once it ready.
for ztz..u should get this. I also planing to get this for my ztz, but price turn me off.
