Girl und panzer dont have bootleg like gundam, Most of the REal World military models dont have copyrite except anime or scifi model, hence no bootleg. For girl und panzer, the copy rite is the angle fish logo & not the tank.
U can get Tamiya + custom decal to mold it, or get officially item if u dont want to waste or lazy time to mold it.
Example,
Tamiya Panzer 4 + Custom decal = RM around 60.
Plazt Panzer 4 + Officially LOGO = RM 220-450.

but u still need to build it, cement it & paint it. The outcome is up to u.

For Tamiya, fujimi, Dragon & etc brands, the diference is the snap fit, accuracy, detail, types & price issue.

u need to get Airbrush & compressor, mr hobby color or Tamiya.
or, u can get spray can.

tamiya & mr hobby spray can 100ml cost around 30-40, pricy.
industrial spray can, anchor 400ml for 6.50-10. semi gloss finish.

im not pro, just that the longer time u in hobbies, u will gain the experiences.
Anything regard paint & diorama, u can get help in the link that i given above, there got many sifu sifu tat can help u up.

Get water slice decal Clear/ transparent. BUt normal printer dont have white ink, hence all color can print out except white.
for white color, u need a water decal white based, print it, top coat & cut the shape out.

for 1/16, tamiya have make a certain male officer. if u looking for female....u can get Figma,

figma girl more small around 14-15cm saja.
so when u put in 1/16 tank. she more look like adult instead of teen.

Update. Tamiya 1/35 Panzer 4 Type H.
a little bit modified of the plat armor so it can detachable from the tank.
