as far I know only samsung device add video call function but not for rest by default. as google don't support it. why you still need or asking this question today? I agree with rest of vendor not wasting their time to add this function. In additional, our data plan also affordable now for you to make a video call via various of free apps available.
if refer to previous cycle, 1 vendor for 2 gen of nexus phone; so next nexus phone I vote for sony. since google already committed keep improving camera quality. RAW support on next, I believe google also need better hardware such as camera lens and sensor vendor support.

some said G1 build by HTC also count  that's happen before nexus name appear.  anyway, doesn't matter. anything could be happen, who know LG still manage to get next nexus phone project. this is just a prediction. but I wish to see different design of nexus next, if this is happen on other vendor.

I actually encounter their booth at PC Fair, sometime back in 2012 or before. Price was expensive ( ~RM300 ) and no warranty provided, unlike what I saw from HK magazine, thus I leave it.
