But liquidpel will surely affect the finishing of the device. I really like the finishing of my Nexus 5 - searching for every possible way to use it naked.

Did anyone search for pouch/sleeve in Etsy. They do have some nice and affordable one.

BTW, is there anymore demand on Nillkin magic disk wireless charger ? Thought to buy it now, to minimize usage of cable.

EDIT : @infernoaswen also have bulk for it, any chance also ? biggrin.gif

Totally untrue. As someone has already pointed out in XDA, the 10, 11, and 12 stand for Oct Nov and Dec. To see real changes in hardware, check for HW rev in bootloader. Mostly it's rev11, but someone has reported rev12 on reddit.
*
Yup, it's manufactured month.
Mine was 312K, from South Korea, sent out by end of December. Small speaker grill and rattle buttons. sweat.gif

Tried matte in the past with my phone & I didn't like it. Hard to see under the sunlight so I replaced it with clear screen protector instead. I don't mind wiping my screen on my shirt often than not being able to see the screen while traveling. Maybe expensive screen protector might give a different experience, I was just using those cheap screen protector from pasar malam so  whistling.gif
*
My experience, forgot matte unless you use low end smartphone or dont care on display. Expensive sp like Spigen, had slightly lesser oil, but much better scratch resistant and swipe feel.

I used all 3 before and to me personally I like Swiftkey a lot. The prediction is pretty good and they have integrated the dictionary to your account so the app do not need to re-learn my dictionary when I switch from my phone to my tablet. I'm also a fan of Flow, definitely save a lot of my time when typing.

Fleksy invisible keyboard is cool, can show off to people that you're typing on the plain screen  laugh.gif

Once you go big, you dont go back. I had to admit Apple kb was good, but now when I type on my friend's iPhone, got more typo most probably because get used to big screen.

Flashed ElementalX kernel ( 0.24 ) 2 days ago, try to know what cause the high battery drainage during sleep.
Had S2W/S2S on, most other are default. Wifi off and 2G only.

1st night, use power button to disable S2W/S2S function before sleep.
Battery drop 4% over 8 hours sleep. drool.gif rclxms.gif rclxm9.gif

2nd night, leave S2W/S2S on during sleep.
Battery drop 26% over 9 hours sleep. cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif

Will test again with ElementalX's S2W/S2S disable, but use TouchControl apps to see the differences.

I wouldn't say that, no.

Most of the popular ROMs are in beta phase and releasing nightly builds.

Good ROMs are already out there. Might just need some time for developers to iron out the bugs and glitches.

Come on mate, being part of the development process is fun!
*
Yup, there's stable ROM with less features, there's beta ROM with more features. Some more custom ROM development always adding new features.
I'm always excited during early time of new Android version and new phone release, flash all the ROM rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

I tried ElementalX 0.24 a couple days back and also encountered the vampiric drain on the battery overnight.
S2W/S2S was enabled, rest were pretty much on default settings.
WiFi and LTE are off.

14% drain from 9 hours of sleep shocking.gif

Couldn't find out the cause of the problem and restored franco r32 the next day.

EDIT: On franco, I get +2% battery overnight if I turn off WiFi and cellular. rclxms.gif
I have to say though, ElementalX does provide better battery life on active usage.
It's just the battery drain overnight that's a bother.
*
Had to stuck with ElementalX's S2W/S2S. TouchControl so far only compatible with franco kernel, need to wait developers to update, if any. Guess had to remember disable S2W/S2S every night before sleep.

What's your settings? I don't get the notification lights at all. Yes, I'm also on Lightflow Lite. It works in the beginning (like once) then like not working anymore.
*
I only use it recently on my N5 ( previously N4 dont use ). I custom configure in Notification for each setting I need. Perhaps you may try to back up using TiBa or Helium, uninstall it with clean cache then restore.

but problem is don know malaysia LG will bring in onot...
now SG LG already announ no bring in already

For comparison, Nexus 4 was launched last year on mid/end January 2013, RM1500 damage with Digi contract. While LG Malaysia 'still considering' to bring in, you could wait all you want biggrin.gif

beside both are own by Google, rest are not the same. different business model. I don't think LG have supply issue.
*
Motorola may be under Google, but their operation still independent from Google.

Just back from Kelana Jaya service center to replace N4 power button. While waiting, heard one of their guy asking ( kind of shouting ) whether they have G2 and N5 or not, and of coz answer is no. I guess they didnt receive any news of N5 launching in Msia, so our best bet is still with AP set or other country's Play Store.

I had a question. People who are facing a slight yellow tint screen issue. Does it get better by using a custom kernel like franco etc etc? Also does it get better as how those non tint 309 or 310 batch Nexus 5 screens?
*
If you're referring to custom color profile, it should be. I used to tweak my N4 display ( wash out color ) to be saturated as far as it looks like AMOLED display LOLz nod.gif

It's not that AMOLED is colour saturated in nature, it's actually because of Samsung's tweaking of the colours to make it more saturated and vibrant. I've previously used Samsung AMOLED displays and I do not like the unnatural colours that Samsung did to them, prefer more accurate colours like in the Nexus 5.
*
Ya, kinda sick of over saturated color. After getting an IPS monitor for my PC and get used to it, now viewing N5 display is so good.
