Got 1 question about Labour Law... want to ask... if the salary is going to prorate (mean not work full 1 month, to meet the salary cycle...)
Is it going to divide SALARY/30days * Days of working OR SALARY/31days * Days of working OR SALARY/(30days - SunSatOfTheMonth) * Days of working ??? Example: I work from 30/05/2006 until 22/06/2006... work total of 24days... Thanx for any comments...Any reliable Web resources to refer Labour Law??
