I just bought my tic to Tokyo on 2nd May and return on 10th May at Osaka. Anyone interested to join for back pack?

I am in the midst of planning my itinerary, I am planning to buy JR pass which later i will use it to travel from tokyo - nagoya - kyoto - osaka (Tokaido Shinkansen)?

unfortunately, the pass is only last for 7 days, my question is cna i use JR pass in tokyo metro or osaka metro?

I also plan to stay in Asakusa area, will definitely try the capsule hotel for at least a night.

For mt Fuji day trip, any recommendation? plan on 5th May, which most dont operate on 3&4 May.

I am solo traveller, hence you can see my itinerary is a bit rush. I stay in Asakusa for first 2 nights and Ueno Capsule for third night, Eco Hotel Nagoya, and First Cabin at Namba, its all very close to main station.

I utilised Tokyo Subway 3 days ticket (For Toei and Metro) in Tokyo, Day pass in Nagoya and first day Osaka, and Kansai Thru Pass for the rest. In Kyoto, you need a lot of luck to get the right time at the right bus stand to rush for all places as listed, maximum waiting for me is 5 minutes in Kyoto, considered very lucky, else I am unable to cover 5 places.

Tokyo Tower: I took Oedo Line from Roppongi to Akabanebashi station, walk across the road and right side.
Nara: I reache Nara at about 9am, I walked to KAsuga Taisha Shrine and the Garden beside it. I should have rent a bicycle in Nara. Half a day is about 7km walk in Nara from/to KintetsuNara.
