guys, i got trip to osaka(3days), kyoto/nara(3days), nagoya(last day) this 25-31 oct. hope the autumn leaves change colour liao. i havent book hotel yet. now planning my itinerary first. so i got few question about the activities there.

1) is there any japanese traditional clothes rental shop that charge by the hour instead of day? the ones i found only charged by day around 6300 yen. planned to just try the clothes and take photos only.
2) does the private open air mixed onsen in there allow us to wear clothes in? cos im going with my family.

wow! too bad there is no room available from 25-31 oct. the hotel really look very traditional and beautiful. i hope they will rent it to outsiders. thank you very much, Human Nature~~

i just realise i cant check for room availability in many kyoto's traditional ryokan style inns for the month October 2014 onwards.
is it because its full/peak season or because its too early to do booking for those month?

this year Nagoya Matsuri fall on which date in the 3rd week of October?
is it a week long festival?

all the infos i can find only mention 3rd week of October.
