Getting Started

Planning a trip to Japan this coming early November (wanna see the fall foliage in Kyoto). Me and my friends hope to visit Tokyo-Kyoto-Osaka-Nara. How many days do you think will be ideal or enough for the Kyoto-Osaka-Nara trip?
Also, are we recommended to spend overnight at Hakone or a day trip is sufficient?

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Jan 27 2014, 03:51 PM) fall foliage in Kyoto is in early November? Well they say the peak when the leaves change to finest colour is mid-nov onwards. We plan to spend our initial trip in Tokyo first then only head to Kyoto area.

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Jan 27 2014, 04:06 PM) well okay, good plan. Maybe you can check on which attractions you are going and then you may draft up on how many days that you need? I'm heading back to hometown tomorrow and meeting with my friends to come up with drafts. I'll post it here soon for you sifus to have a look and advice
