i was planning on a budget of maybe 5k total (per person), that's because i really like to eat, lol

we will be staying in apartments, 6 pax, averaging RM100 / person / night in accommodations, 10 days 9 nights.  Osaka - Tokyo - Osaka.

JR pass + accommodations already close to 2k.  I'm preparing to spend RM150 per day on food alone, that means almost 1.5k on food for the entire trip.  Misc cost like taxi / bus tickets etc RM500, RM200 for Disney ticket. still got few hundred spare as standby.

Lol i guess you must be a real thrill seeker..i find disneysea to have less magic than disneyland

share some of your experience la..got try fugu? kabuchiko?

Snow at Japan getting worst and worst.

Flight alot been cancel due to bad weather.
Shinkansen been cap down the speed from 300 to 200km/h.  All train delay up to 40 minute.  City local train delay up to 97 minute [[Worst than Malaysia KTM record already  LOL!!!]]  heavy snow ...can understand the reason.

Kyushu Star, Japan most luxury train also trap on snow. Rich passenger want refund.  Journey cancel.

You stay at home watch snow, so nice.
I was working outside of snow. Digging snow from morning to night.

Is it better to stay at one ryokan for the whole trip or change ryokan depending on area?

Is it more convienient to stay at the same ryokan and still can travel to sight see tokyo easily?
