I was 75kg now 64kg...

What I did?
1. I pay attention to what I eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. No junk food.
2. I swim, cycle then run 3 times a week.
3. And constantly workout every alternate days in a week.

Wow! good on you. On the junk food, shouldn't you be avoiding that? Probably you have very good metabolic rate. For me, the moment i finish chips and nachos, i feel uuuh... jialat... that's why I don't take junk food.
