I agree with the pro of weight loss but don't agree with some of the cons.

Train more. When I was obese, can't even run, now I can run 21KM no problem and I've 54KM 12 hour walkathon.

Your habits wont change I still love gaming. i love eating. and i love snacking. i love anime. and playing with my banana. These habits simply wont go away. It will be part of you. its just that you learn to offset it with exercise. The extra habit is: you will weigh yourself everyday. cuz u have been fat before.
yes. if you snore, you will STILL snore.
however all been said one thing for sure.
I run faster as I shed more weight and train harder.
I spend more time outside than in front of the computer, my temper improved greatly since I won't easily annoyed by anything compare when I was fatass.
I don't eat junk food.

quite true, I start with walking too. do a fast walk. fast walk means you are gasping for breathe.
