Getting Started

I dont know why, ive reduce my food intake, avoid high calory food, and eat timely. Now i only drink plain water, (avoid especially coke), Rice intake smaller than my fist, more fiber intake, controlled protein portion.
Been doing that but my weight isn't going down. Every morning i wake up to burpees and sit up. Play badminton Twice a week. Jog once a week.
Problem here is, my weight remains the same! and i dont look thinner... huhuhuhu, what is wrong with this body?!
