question on hair removal services.........does IPL work? can all skin tone people do IPL?

hello, I have tried IPL and SCC (pm me for more info, not too sure if i can say it here tho). It does work for sure, but it also depends some factors on thickness of your hair, hormones and how fast does your hair grow once shaved. Not all skin tone people can do this service, if your skin is fair/olive, yes, if you are slightly dark.. then they wont recommend u to do it, it might burn ur skin.

the effect varies from people to people, part to part. i had it done on underarm & bottom half leg.
the underarm is relatively good n long lasting. just need to do maintenance every 3 months or so. the hair that grow back is few & fine.
but for the leg, the hair is almost as thick only consolation is not as much as before. but it can be quite costly.
