Go to "settings" > "about phone" then tap the build number 7 times(?), not really sure about the number of times but there will be toast notifications about it. After that you will unlock the developer settings in which you can disable UI animations.

Edit:you can try to use other application from the play store which will process a better picture quality...I'm not sure if it will fully help but you can give it a try,no harm trying. 

is it normal for phone battery drop 1% for every 4-5min usage either browse website or playing game?

erm..for normal usage..open here and there play some game and browsing web...can see the battery drop every few minute.

My phone dead after i test it under water. If u ever drop the phone the waterproof will not work anymore. Waterproof strip turn red

Let's say I start snapping pictars using internal storage, then its full, then i go buy sd card. Can I transfer the pics and videos which i snapped prior to installing the microSd card (they are now sitting in internal storage) to my microSD card without using the PC?
I rather they give us 2 pin instead of 3 pin, no need to waste an international adapter plug to charge phone lol.

Does anyone of you with really good battery life post the screenshot? Mine just about 4-5 on screen time, which is cool. But during idle, is about 1% per hour, which I kinda sad. I have data always on, still experimenting, and observing.

1% per hour wif data on n idling is actualy very good, my old phones used to b at least 3% per hour wif data

most of the time when i leave house n go work my phone is arnd 90%, n when i rc home at nite the phone stil hav 60+% wif light usage n data always on, the battery life is awesome i cn say
