Greetings from my new z1 compact
Went to directd to get original for 1519 thx to trade in.
Got accessories from Sony Center, very expensive but my old phone subsidized majority of cost.
Using clear SP now but probably changing it when directd got stock for other SP.

more interested in matte. lazy take phone wash so many times. ade matte sp?

why and how does it affect the phone? 
doesn't the phone itself supports magnetic cable charging? by that same effect doesn't it affect the phone too?
i know glass more protection but i lazy to keep washing phone .. banyak susah for me 
btw this phone isn't quite dust resistant as i imagine it to be .. still can pick out fine pieces of dust.. and also accumulates lint (?) whenever i take out from pocket

maybe your pocket need to be cleaned?

finally got myself a white set, gonna need to hunt for screen protectors before can start using as I'm a bit paranoid about scratching the back due to reading one too many reviews.

will the Nilkin glass SP be thick enough to "hide" the scratch?

Well, you have got not much choice around nowadays. Just get one and try it. No harm done. Mine is actually thinner than the Nilkin one. Its a MUVIT 0.2mm.

Ouch man. I was paranoid as well. That's why I desperately looked around for glass sp the first few days. Damn paranoid man.

As for warranty, I read on xda that some people got confirmation from Sony in their area that warranty not affected. But some say in Malaysia warranty will be affected and some say not affected. So I'm not sure.

And honestly, glass sp is quite clear. So scratches underneath it will probably be visible.
Better not. Wait for the updated fixed version to come out then update via PC companion.

I stated in PM I want the Gold color one..then he say will special order, few days later he said stock arrived - sure I take as Gold color arrived kan then yesterday give me black, say Gold not yet arrive

Sorry you have to go through the same issue, though. At least we know we're not alone. I've provided feedback to the developer but I have no idea if anyone is going to act on it. Just hope for the best, I guess.
