Pick the bride is important too unless u want to break the traditiona and ask her to come to your house by taxi or her friends car.
wedding dinner can be family members only if lack of budget. else open to family members and friends. it all also depends on the venue.
ROM is important else the government won't have your record.
No money honeymoon, can go local places.
Pre-wedding photo if on a budget, ask a friend to shoot a few pics for you.
most important, don't get into serious debts just for that a 1 day occasion.
