They cannot be judged based on just 1 game, the sync and understanding requires youth to be playing regularly with the senior players, training doesn't affect much but playing in a real game does.

So even if the manager does not start any youth in the game, it would be better that he uses them at the last quarter of the game to gain experience. Right now Pellegrini is only utilizing Iheanacho upfront giving more game time than any other.

Buying a keeper would be a good move since Hart is prone to inconsistency, I'm not saving that he is bad but he definitely needs competition and with Cabby aging I think a young lad like Ter Stegen would be a good fix.

I do not think that Delph will go since he just joined and he is home grown, we are also lacking in this area. About grudge, I don't know but IMO Yaya's has already exceeded his peak and his performance is slowly starting to decline (we witness that throughout the season) and will been seen as a surplus & Pep tend to prefer players with high work rate.
