Hey bro, do u mind explaining further why brands like ON n dymatize are not used by bodybuilders, I'm nowhere near any experienced bodybuilders, but from what I've 'read', protein is protein, end of the day what matters is the amount ur taking in. Also, the ones u recommended instead are protein blends instead, compared to dymatize n ON which are whey concentrate, any reason why?
