I am not sure this help or not:
You quickly make a report to POLIS If you bank in sure has his bank no., after report to polis and bring the polis report to the bank he gave you, request them to freeze his account. P/S: This was a suggestion from senior member long a ago on similar thread like this, not sure can help you or not |
