I just recently started paying a bit more attention to my physique, and I've decided to bulk up A LITTLE. Had to emphasise that because I'm ectomorphic.
The thing is, I just started doing about 20 - 30 mins of cardio a day, and a bit of weight trainning, and I've noticed that my appetite has doubled. I'm not joking, I'm literally eating everything in sight, and that's not a good thing.
I just wanna know, is this normal? Should I stop myself from eating? I don't want to hinder muscle growth. I'm not taking any protein shakes etc, as I don't think they're neccessary for me. Not planning on getting huge. I believe my diet to be fairly balanced. Not living in M'sia, so it's easy to avoid stuff that's greesy etc.
All suggestions welcome
