Well, tomato_gal, if I were you, I would not use any products again for my back, except MILD soap that did not strip the natural sebum of the skin. The marks are also called as hyperpigmentation. Given the time, it will heal itself as our body is able to heal itself. So, do not scrub too much, it hurts the skin, perhaps once per week is ok.
Okie, since many people is using NeuCare T3 acne products, I will comment this brand here. Its main ingredient in its acne facial cleanser and spot gel would be purely tea tree oil. Tea tree oil has the antiseptic function but yet it irritate some's skin. Some might develop itchness while some might feel tingling and so on so forth. T3 body wash contains not only tea tree oil, but also triclosan. Again, it will be very drying if you use two 'anti-acne' agents together though it lets you think that the more they put in, the faster you gonna heal.
One key word, very important key word you need to bear in mind when facing with acne problem would be 'PATIENT'. Do research about one product before you try it on your skin. Don't listen to those auntie A claims or auntie B's praise towards the products. Yup, some might works for some people but not every skincare products suit everyone. Therefore you saw so many skincare companies producing various products for various target market.
Lastly, I would conclude that, use MILD soap, scrub once per week and wear clothes that could evaporate your sweats fast. Because the longer it retains on your skin, the more chance the bacteria might cause skin problems.
U mentioned MILD soap. What kind of soap it that?? Any recommendation?? Have u ever heard of Cetaphil? Sold in guardian and watson as well as hospital. It got both facial and body care products. I am thinking of using this for body wash. It that ok? Well, yeah, i use scrub normally is 1-2 per week only. Never scrub everyday, coz will harm our skin. I have been patient for long le... my back marks still won't disappear.so sad la
