I'm not taking Roaccutane anymore as i don't see the need of taking it. But one thing i noticed is that my T-zone is no longer oily when i was taking Roaccutane. Now after i stopped, it becomes oily again. You have any remedy on this?

the thing is i have try so many medicine and cleanser to remove it to fair skin..

and i got acne in my face and back n little in chest

my friend suggest me to use cetaphil and it really works..

now my pimples in my face has gone already..

but it not works on my back..

i really disappointed...

and sometimes its hurt..

i also eat tablet to remove toxin in my body..

but its only work to my face..

the body acne i have no solution at all..

hope u can recommend me the best product to remove my years back acne...

This is my seventh month following Jinyee’s regime and I can loudly announce that my face is now completely pimple free (except for pimple scars><).

For me, I only use Cetaphil and Panoxyl at night. While in the morning, I use back my usual milk cleanser, toner and super lots moisturiser (because Panoxyl seem to dry my skin tremendously). As my pimples lessen, I reduced the amount of Panoxyl I applied and reducing also the coverage area i apply Panoxyl.

The only problem now is the too-slow-fading pimple scar and the highly unavailability of Panoxyl in the market. I have posted here before that I obtain my Panoxyl from Caring Pharmacy but for the last two months, I am unable to get anymore Panoxyl from every Caring branches in the whole of Klang Valley (in major shopping malls). However, just yesterday, I found Panoxyl again, in Mid Valley Aeon Wellness (in front of Jaya Jusco LG) and I actually bought all three packets they had on the rack:p I don’t know whether you guys have trouble getting your hands of the product but I do so I tend to stock as much as I can^^

Btw, Panoxyl is sold at RM14.90 at Caring Pharmacy (I was told by an employee that Caring no longer carries Panoxyl><) and RM17.XX at Mid Valley Aeon Wellness whereas Cetaphil is available in most Pharmacies.

For me I apply only BP at night after washing my face with Cetaphil. Moisturiser I use only in the morning. But Jinyee recommends applying moisturiser sometime after you have applied BP, no need to rinse off either of them.

I am triying out Elicina Plus again last night. I have applied the portion with acne and it tried up just over night. For acne's scar portion, it showed reddish. Is it normal? Please advice. It's been quite some time that never hear from your reply d.

21 years old. i start having pimple since 15 or some where around there. at that time i felt really scared and try all sorts of method to cure the pimples. My mum bought me creams, gels, all sorts of expensive stuffs, i even went for alot of the beauty salon. which cost me bucks...

until this year(2010) june i think, i realized something. because i've been suffering stress from my college and i neglected my daily beauty routine. so i kept my set of branded expensive moisturizers and creams....and i ended up using a very cheap branded cleansing tool (those that cost about rm 20 normal cleanser) and a rm14.50 toner lol(i don't wanna mention the brand ,coz doesn't wan people to think i'm promoting). Coz they say if u can't commit and use an expensive product continuously, then don't use it, because you'll waste it or there will not be any effect.

the fact is, the less i care about my face....my pimples seems to cure more.
my face used to fill with redish dots and some scars. Due to my negligence care for my face, my pimples reduced, my scars recovers. (maybe because if we careless, so we tend to not nuke our face)

the condition of my face sort of improved, not to those baby like skin condition, but atleast there's no red dots and scar on my face. I find my skin has whiteheads( i'm not sure if they're white heads or wat), alot of em, and if i don't squeeze them..i doubt anyone would notice them.( because i have to use my hands to stretch my face then only i can see those white dots. where i presume they're oils). So i didn't really bother to treat them.

So i stop using expensive stuffs, and stop to try and treat my face when i notice tiny bits of oil (that's what i do last time, i squeeze em when ever i notice em). And i actually maintained a skin without pimples. healthy or not....i don't know. as far as i know, i don't need to cover here cover there with make up when ever i go out.

i actually made a test. my friend bought a very damn expensive korea mask....which is cocoa ingredient and stuffs......which cost around..rm 100+ . and the person who sold it to my friend say it can cure pimples....and make ur pore small and shyts.....and something like even jolin uses it....lol..

i tried to use it (actually not test la, just tempted to have better skin when he bought it). after 1 week of using it......my face started to have break outs....now my face had become like what it used to be lol....

SO! what i'm trying to say is that....don't push ur skin too hard....if they have pimples...or break outs....leave it there and it will go off...don't try too hard to treat it ( like i did)with all the expensive creams/gels/masks, some time it will make it worse. lol, i'm just sharing my experiences ,maybe it only works on me. cheers

i did try those regimens before..and it actually works..but please be patient..
but now, i am changing products and tried clinique, but my skin getting worst than ever!
more break outs, more pimples, more acne and its really disappointing..
now, im planning to get back to this regimens..hope it works again..

I am a guy here, was searching thru acne solutions and found this thread. Does jinyee's regimen work for guys?

My condition is, both side of my face has acnes and sometimes big one will have pus. After its head popped out I will squeeze it but it will still leave scar.

Even if the acne is cured, new acnes will grow again... It never stop!

I am using some unknown brand introduced by my mum's friend, she said good but seems no effect.

if i use the BP, do I apply on my whole face (including areas without acne) or just on the acne? Thanks

I can't find panoxyl, now using benzac 2.5% every night before I sleep.
This is what I do:
morning wake up = Wash, moisturize only
evening (shower) = wash, moisturize
night before sleep = wash, moisturize + benzac 2.5%

The acnes dry up but new ones still keep popping up. Sometimes I sleep quite late (1-2am), is it the reason?

I only apply benzac on affected areas.

I intend to use your regime. I have normal to oily skin with acne.
But am thinking of using with Origins zero oil Deep pore cleanser at night. Meaning the Cetaphil cleanser morning and origins cleanser at night.

Plus origins out of trouble twice a week.

Having read thru 30 pages of ur thread, I think you might say put these aside and stick to the Cetaphil n bp regime, right?
Btw, I use Avene thermal spring water often. Is it okay to go with the regime as moisturizer instead?

the pimple on my face is not severe ( big with puss except before period). it grows more on my chin, cheek area near side burn. between eyebrows and eyebrows. i also have a lot of small small white heads on my forehead. my cheek tends to oil after few hours of washing but feels rather dry. No need to apply any cream etc. on my face.

Just Cetaphil alone did it.
The dark marks are slowly fading away.
No harm trying.

May I know where can i find BP 2.5%? I have been searching around Malacca area and asked my friend to look for it from guardian in Singapore. Can't find either. I have been using BP 5% for one month plus but still having flaking. Is it ok if I downgrade to 2.5%?
