Anyone know other than BP, what other products recommended?

I am allergy to BP.

I am using Clindamycin Dalacin T, and Differin. But i think i'm immune aredi. Been using for many years. Now trying Papulex (niacinamide), but i think i alergy to niacinamide also.

I don't call mine a breakout/acne. It's just oily bumps and blackhead/Whitehead and occasional blemishes redness on T zone. The bumps are as small as a dot but many. Is BP still necessary?

just got my benzac 2.5 from AA Pharmacy at Shah Alam

Hi jinyee80 ,

at night, i put benzac at my acne area. Then from your post, you advice to put also moisturizer. The problem is, whenever i put moisturizer  and rub it at my face, it will mix with the benzac. Hence, the benzac is kinda everywhere over my face. Is that the correct way to apply moisturizer on top of benzac? Or I should pat pat pat the moisturizer at my face?

One more question, how to reduce acne marks / scar? I read few review about Hiruscar Post Acne and seems it works wonderful with the acne marks (redness dot dot dot). What is your opinion about it?

Acne marks that i am referring is to yang ada tompok2 acne marks tu. Not the parut yg takde dot dot merah (had to type in bahasa malaysia to easily explain). hehe

(1) Once you apply BP, you allow it to dry before you apply moisturizer. Moisturizer only applies if you stay in air-cond area most of the time, otherwise you could skip this. Thin layer of moisturizer will do.

(2) Lets not talk about scar reduction before you could prevent new acne from forming. We have so many scar healing ointment/creams/lotion out there but some may aggravate acne. As long as its not the ice-pick scars, it kind of easier to deal with.

Hi, does anyone know Curology brand? I have a horrible acne since las year. I used to follow some treatments from my dermatologist but they don't work well and are to strong for my body. I came across some curology reviews which makes me feel like giving it a shot, but I don't know anyone in person who uses or used to use it. Anyone?

    I have browsed through most of the topics in the girl's club and seen no topic related to ACNE, so hereby I create one, therefore we have a place to talk about this issue.

    I developed some break out, occassionally and its really annoying. You see, some of the teenagers, develop acne and one of the reason is they simply use those skincare products which make the condition worser. Perhaps, some of us too, using a wrong product and perhaps some experience personnel might provide some decent opinion on how to deal with that.

    Having acne is not only an external issue, its also internally. When I was in high school and started to develop acne, I felt so depressed and thought of gona kill myself because I'm so ugly. Therefore, anyone might share their past experience here, perhaps to calm current acne sufferers down.

    Anyhow, when it comes to acne, the hyperpigmentation or scars will follow. Any personnel with experience in dealing with these might also inputs.

As for me, I get cystic acne as soon as I put moisturizer on my face. Used two brands Lunamer from Fuji Film and Kanebo. Makes my face worst and the worst is, it is hard to reduce the scar (color).
