Just go for accutane, works like a charm, or if you prefer external solution try pro-activ,heard of many good reviews on the product.

For god sake, ONLY go for accutane when you have tried out anything and prefer sure that your acne is due to hormone. You will need to visit a doctor in order to prescribe for the medication. Its side effect is tremendous. Read my previous posts about accutane.

For Cetaphil, normally you will need rinse it. But when you are travelling, like me, in a flight to L.A, I will just apply Cetaphil on a cotton and wipe it over my face, no need to rinse it. It will pamper your skin.

Tea Tree oil will irritate sensitive skin. So, please don't put your skin on risk by trying it. It really doesn't sound convincing because scientifically, it is not proven to heal acne.

If it does show result, then you should stick on it because your skin has turned on to suit the medication.

In your case, you wouldn't need any additional thing. Just stick on your current regimen. Apply more than one over the counter product will just dry out your skin.

I think they have stopped bringing in the product. Nevermind anyway, I am thinking of bringing in another product that can substitute NOTS.

Turned red because its overdrying. Cetaphil will not dry out your skin, so no problem.

Well, the availability of Neutrogena On-the-spot in Malaysia market is doubtful because the sole dealer would not want to continue the product anymore locally. So, we have to find alternative. I could get supplies from US, but the quantity need to be bulk otherwise we will lose in terms of shipping and handling fee. For your information, I will get the supply from Dan, from US. He is also organizing a forum in US about Acne. I have been doing research with him regarding acne since year 2000.

I will contact him and calculate the cost, then you all decide whether who want to order. Let you all know soon.

No wonder I've been trying to look for NOTS yesterday and the day before that but couldn't find a single one.
so Jinyee, you mean we can substitute NOTS with this Clear Skin thing?

Or any product with 2.5% of benzoyl peroxide will do?

Also can't find Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture for Sensitive Skin, they only have for combination skin. Will it be the same if I use the cetaphil moisturiser?

Try using Cetaphil gentle cleanser. It is mild, and it builds a good foundation for your skin to rejuvenate itself. Let the skin does its job. No point pouring in tonnes of creams or lotions which might potentially end you up with skin problems.

Can, you can subsitute it with Cetaphil Moisturizer. For NOTS, for sure you can substitute it with the Clear Skin products. It was a US counterpart of mine who is developing the item. He is very experience in dealing with acne. Many people in US and other countries are using his products. Sometimes he even raise fund by selling his products and donate the funds to the orphanage or school.

I will try to get him in touch. He is very busy recently in dealing to further produce more acne products.

Its not oil-free, you are right but the oil is not synthetic oil. As if you know more about acne, you will realise that petrolatum or the mineral oil will not clog the pores and furher cause acne, ONLY synthetic oil that human creates will clog pores. In Neutrogena, its the mineral oil, its for moisturizing purpose, so no worry.

Anyway, it really applies to everything. If you are sensitive to alcohol, should put aside toner stuff, it will swell you up. Anyway, use your common knowledge.

Shouldn't be a problem, you may go for this product and please do quote us the pricing, so others could buy it as Neutrogena willing not be selling NOTS in Malaysia anymore.
