Excerpt from other countries owner comments:

"Mine does the same and the Hyundai technician who checked it owns an Elantra GT as well. He told me it's completely normal and said it's the car's main relay cutting off power to transmission selenoids and such. Nothing to worry about."

"I have the same noise. I brought it back to the dealer last Monday and they compared it to other Elantras. I was told that the sound is the throttle body resetting, and something about the emissions system. You're not alone. I think it's normal."

So to your answer, the sound is the mechanism inside engine bay spinning down, shutting off, park. Mine does that too.

If you hear other noise then the 3 "tak", then you need to check.

2) "ngek ngek" sound when passing road humph
*could be front stabilizer link/ bush / lower arm
*can buy the parts at outside with much cheaper price
*u might face these issue if u always drive fast on the road which is in bad condition ( a lot of holes and uneven surfaces)

Any idea how much to change this. I have the same issue too.

So far I changed the steering bushing & circuit board under warranty...

Suspension warranty 5 or 3 years?

Hi guys,
My 2014 Elantra 1.6 got involved in an accident - the left mirror (passenger side) is broken
Can anyone suggest where to get a replacement (except SC lah, too expensive). I don't mind getting from a half-cut shop or a used unit if it's still functioning
TQ
*
if u found it let me know. i want driver side, white color. biggrin.gif

Some owners went back to service center RM350-400 inclusive of labor. I changed mine few months ago, bought from Lazada RM100+ for genuine part and DIY myself haha.
Did your airbags light come on or steering wheel control not working?
*
mine is airbags light come on.
Ya, i did saw lazada selling cheap and said is genuine. Not sure reliable or not. Do you think outside workshop can do it?
if yes, i may buy it and let workshop change it.

I think any workshop or accessory shop should be able to do it. If you're comfortable, you can refer to YouTube for guidance. That's what I did  thumbup.gif

Thx bro. Guess I’ll just go to workshop.
