Service centres also have their sales quotas to meet, so if you dont want certain things unnecessarily done or added into your bill, stop them. If they claim is compulsory because hq says must do, ask for memo. If they can explain why it is important to add this or that, and you can accept it, then at least you are aware.

Do you have a copy for the services schedule that we, as a customer, can refer?

Because we also don't know what should be change/not be change everytime we service our car? Service advisor will always said ini mau tukar, itu mau tukar that we afraid if we don't do that, the warranty will void.
As for basic normal service, we only aware that we need to change motor oil, oil filter plus labor cost. Not really sure what is the function of changing MD Filter-Air Cleaner, CO Oil system cleaner, Fuel system cleaner etc.
