Collected my car from Ms. Laura today. I am indeed very delighted to own this car.
Thanks for all forumers who shares their experience and reviews of all aspects of Elantra, SAs, etc.
As for my SA, Ms. Laura, she really can provide good service. She also tried her best to fulfill some small requests from me rclxms.gif She handled all the purchase & delivery processes, except she left only 1 job for me, signature + pay laugh.gif

Hi liquor1, welcome to the club. I got my car from dearest Ms.Laura same day as you (Elantra 1.6 Sport,Dune Grey). Just, I took it afternoon and straight away to car tinted all windows  icon_rolleyes.gif . Is my best luck to be served by Laura, everything can be negotiated, tip top sevices and very informative SA I meet so far, 9/10 likes for Ms.Laura and 1/10 to go beyond. My story was kind of long and hard to own this car, but it was ended anyway.  notworthy.gif Will go for coating next week...PRAVO!!!

Skirting sound.
Realize the driver side front skirting given "clik-clik" sound when cruise.  Went down to check and found out the screw that attach to body is just hang there (WTF..).  Then I check all other screws, I can barely use finger to open all of them... (WTF 2nd..) vmad.gif
All with Sport variant owner better check your two side skirting make sure the screw are tighten...

the workers didn't eat rice, or manufacturer didn't pay enough wages for them, hence tak cukup makan and no energy to tighten the screws shakehead.gif

Be part of The Hyundai Experience this 10th-12th October, 2014 at Stadium Bukit Jalil!

It’s a test drive unlike any other, with experienced driving instructors to guide you through specially-designed obstacle courses including Slaloms and Traction Control exercises.

~ i just spent 3 hours there and the whole experience was awesome. I see Elantra, i30, i40, Santa Fe, Tucson and even the little i10 very differently now!

Siapa cakap Hyundai no good should go test our cars there. Haha!

Interested to go, lemme know... i rsvp for u...

I have changed to use RON97 petrol recently. After using for half tank, I found that it actually gives my car less power and less mileage, LOL.
Anyone having the same experience? Perhaps will it be better for the second tank? haha
Been using my car for 2 months, so far so good. Had the air-con pipe leak once, but was quickly rectified (from the SA's reaction, I think it's a common issue for them lol)

Self washing the car is not easy, especially cleaning the wind screen and rear screen from inside. The angle is so narrow that my short hand can't reach the end.

Definitely will try 2nd tank. But seem like recently RON97 has low stock or the petrol stations don't want to sell it shakehead.gif
