Send the car back to SC. Ask them check the USB connectors to the HU see if it's loose or not. If all else fails, claim warranty. Might take a couple of weeks to get a new unit delivered to ur SC.

I got mine replaced after my HU changed channels and changed sources by itself. Thought it was haunted!

wat's the model of the pioneer unit u r using? and where did u get the bracket. I sometimes cannot tahan the screen angle, especially if u r using the GPS. all i can see is sunlight!
