Hi guys, my Elantra MD 1.6 engine sounds very rough when i reach 3krpm, and the gear unlikely to swift as usual. Anyone encounter this?

Also, my aircon keep freezes after some time of driving and the air is not coming out when it freeze, aircon sound is still there tho, went to some workshop or SC also couldnt identify and rectify this issue. i have to turn off the A/C, let it blow for like 3-5 mins to let it melt only the air comes out from blower.
