I gave a call to TM. Guess what? TM guy gave me a very "simple" solution.

"Upgrade current line to 20Mbps sir, it will fix your speed problem, u can upgrade your service at any tm centre nearby. We received no complaint from 20Mbps customers."

I said, fark off TM. Why they hired idiot to work with them?

Maybe they wait till implementation of GST, later on they said "GST help Unifi customer to surf internet better without buffering or high latency in Diablo 3, this is one benefit of GST out of thousand other benefit"

haha..didnt ask that, but he answered very confident that if I upgrade to 20Mbps will fixing lag issues. He even asked me to follow stupid troubleshoot on off modem and so on. I did it before I call him plenty of time.

I believe most of cheater using proxy to blinded the system, 10 bots using same proxy been banned, and later on u come and use it, possibility of being banned is 99%
