Source ? loan or permanent ? i hope is permanent, not that i dislike ESSIEN, i think he would be a good backup for us if he stay, like FERREIRA. But since we are overloaded with good youth player i think is better we take the gamble and let them be the backup player. And our club have the trend of letting senior player run down their contract and leave for free. Hmm maybe everyone feel at home in CHELSEA that they dont want to leave or is it because of the paycheck ?

Ya agree, very weird, when KDB leaving ppl complain youngster at CHELSEA dont get the chance to play, but then another say buy someone to replace. Like that how we going to see our youth getting chance ? Contradicting Anyway KDB does not even have a place on the bench, so we dont really need to replace him. He is like a backup player that we should really use the youth for it, since we got plenty.

Is been half a season, JM should already know who he really want in the squad, is about time he trim down his squad and keep the player he need. Looking at our balance sheet that just enough to get pass the FFP, JM need to sell before he can buy. Maybe we can clear some senior player, promote some youth to replace, then spend a bigger budget on a good striker ? WIN WIN ?

But of course i want LUKAKU next season, he deserve a season at CHELSEA to prove himself.

Haha the 2 MANU player cant even make into CHELSEA bench, WILSHERE maybe on the pivot role, if AM's he also will be bench But JM standard is quite high, if the player is not up to standard he definitely not going to play, just like AZPI on LB even though we have BERTRAND. But AZPI performance show JM was right and we cant complain either

Mostly because we keep changing manager, every manager come in have a big task to deliver trophy thus they dont gamble with the youth. If JM is for the long term thing will get better i suppose, we cant expect JM first season to throw in the youth, now he even have too many senior player to handle

ROONEY for this windows is not going to happen, but coming summer high possibility since he yet to pen a new deal and if MANU finish outside CL football or ROONEY see no hope in MOYES

I will always welcome an italian to our squad, FORZA AZURRI !! also the reason i start supporting CHELSEA when we have ZOLA, DI MATTEO, VIALLI and co. If BALO come, i can forsee we gonna get a lot of "free" publicity from the media, all news dominated by JM + BALO

Not only because of his passing, in the past he have been lazy, sometimes he just standing on the pitch and no track back. But this season his workrate have been good, and he have been give more license to go forward by JM. Normally at set pieces MIKEL will always at the half way line to cover for the going forward CB. But now he get to stay in the box.


haha what about lets do a loan swap both team try try first, MATA get his first team football, make it to the world cup while MANU get their midfield playmaker climb back to top4. We use ROONEY goal to win the league then season end, being champion ROONEY want to stay and we snatch MATA back

For me, unless someone offer good money to buy CECH else i would definitely keep him over COURTOIS. Reason is simply, GK is a position that experience means a lot and why gamble on a new player if u have one proven and really good one already ? Or just bring him back next season and let him fight it out with CECH. Can do like RM now, LOPEZ for league, CASSILAS for cup and CL.

Else just sell COURTOIS for some good price, if can put a buy back clause.

Sorry lar, ETO still offer more than TORRES anyday although not much from deep defense like HULL but at least his movement make space for others, while TORRES just standing there

Positioning matters, u dont expect player to make a difficult pass to him just for the sake of finding him. While ETO movement offer himself to receive the ball, drag player to him, make space for others and then do a clean pass. TORRES just dont do this enough and most of the times he was not able to make a clean pass and lose the ball. But well today his score, i got no complain, he can be invisible for 89min but if he keep scoring every game he deserve to be first 11

When come to select pivot, RAMIRES will be first on JM team sheet, he is indispensable at the moment. Beside his tireless pressing, his pace and willingness to run forward always help add another number when we counter attack. Not to forget he score goal. When against top opponent, JM will also deploy him as RW. He offer so much to the team, the only thing he is lacking is his first touch and i dont expect him to pass like PIRLO or ALONSO.

And dont write off LAMPARD so soon, he always come back stronger, later all become his backup

haha actually the real culprit is DROGBA he suppose be the last penalty takers but he got himself send off. Then the season we won CL, he gave away a penalty against BARCA and also BAYERN, luckily both also aeroplane and he redeem himself with the deciding penalty

Well KDB own interpretation of 100% might be different from JM standard too Maybe his 100% is just fully complete daily training. While others are doing much much more to impress. But i dont blame him, he basically are still "kids", some tend to be more relax and full of themselves and maybe he used to be getting easier favor/attention from his previous manager as one of the most important player for the club. Things become different when he switch to CHELSEA with full of quality players and unable to adapt.

Wishing him all the best, hope he can get more mature and start fulfilling his potential. I wont mind if he is coming back for second debut like MATIC

that is why MATA was not in the plan.
