u means resting players?

yap..starting Mikel and not Matic..If we leading the game..we will never see Matic..he is for City..

took Azpi out.

David Luiz not even in the game..he can just deploy Luiz-Matic, Luiz-Ram..

he never do that with mata. and ba. rotation policy invalid.
*
he never rotate players that not in his gameplan..

QUOTE(kucingmainan @ Jan 30 2014, 06:32 PM)
mou wont rotate. it just his tactic went wrong this time. maybe he expect whu to attack.

pacey winger redundant against defensive team. same goes to that game against stoke. before oscar goal we hardly attack. but when stoke go for goal, our pacey winger fully utilise.
*
Mou do rotate..but he never rotate like Rafa scale..he change a few here and there..

well what else to do..we attack at home.. sweat.gif even Mou never think to go defensive at home...

but credit to WH defensive..top notch to shutdown our trident..

Kakuta seem average.

Talent not enough for 'stubborn' Kakuta

Gael Kakuta's always been the face of Chelsea's so-far-failed attempts to build from within. Brought in from Lens under controversial circumstances back in 2007 -- you might remember that the club was nearly banned from the transfer market as a result -- Kakuta was quite clearly a phenomenal talent, light years ahead of most footballers his age. Stardom awaited if he developed as expected.

The problem was he barely developed at all. He had an abortive run in the first team under Carlo Ancelotti, then went out on loan. He failed to impress wherever he played, and his most recent spell, at Vitesse Arnhem, ended this month. Now he's just hanging around the reserves, and unless Jose Mourinho decides to promote him to the first team, which strikes me as unlikely, he's not done much with the past few years except gotten older.

It's been disappointing to watch as a fan, but it must have been harder on the members of the coaching staff, who were trying to making him into a star and failed. L'Equipe -- translated by ESPNFC -- recently spoke to both scout Guy Hillion and goalkeeper coach Christophe Lollichon about Kakuta's failure to live up to his promise:

It's a huge waste, because I've already said it and I'll repeat it: he was the most talented one of his generation. He could be exceptional. But talent is not enough. There comes a time, when you accumulate failures, that there are problems at every club you go to, you have to ask yourself the right questions and question yourself. Because before Arnhem, there was Bolton, Fulham and Dijon.

-Guy Hillion.

He needs someone to guide him, show him the way. But he's also a little stubborn. He has an idea of what football is, but he needs to understand it's up to him to adapt to the others, to the team...

...I don't think he's lost to football, he's just very late in his development.

-Christophe Lollichon.

Hillion's comments are particularly damning, but they're in no way surprising. I don't know anything at all about how Kakuta trained or what went wrong, but from the looks of things it looks like his attitude has had a lot to do with his career not panning out so far. Lollichon, meanwhile, gives us a pretty good idea of what's in Kakuta's future -- going back to France and trying to establish himself as a top flight footballer. It was supposed to have been a mere formality.

He's only 22 years old, so there's time yet for Kakuta to turn his career around -- I think we'll all be rooting for him to do so. But once upon a time, he was a future Chelsea star. Perhaps the future Chelsea star. What a shame that didn't happen.

Chelsea sign the Sultan of Brunei's nephew on youth deal

QUOTE
Faiq Jefri Bolkiah has previously been on trial at Arsenal - but is now on the books at Chelsea.

user posted image

The Transfer Window is of course still swirling and many a deal will probably happen that you will not know of until one day you look down and ask the guy next to you in the stands ‘who the new boy is’.

In the case of a new Chelsea signing that would certainly be the case - however his uncle is potentially one of the most famous men on the planet.

Yesterday saw Chelsea snap up youngster Faiq Jefri Bolkiah to a youth deal at the club.

His uncle is Hassanal Bolkiah - if you are not familiar with that name perhaps I should call him his royal title - he is the Sultan of Brunei.

Indeed Bolkiah is the 16-year-old nephew of the Sultan - who is the second richest head of state in the world - believed to be worth $20 billion.

However Bolkiah has had to grind out his way to Chelsea.

He had a trial at Arsenal last summer - and despite impressing he failed to earn a deal with the North London club.

He then moved on to reportedly train with Reading - and the young winger has now made a move to join Chelsea after impressing on trial.

SEE ALSO: Five facts about imminent Chelsea signing Mario Pasalic

It is not sure when or if Bolkiah, who was schooled in the UK, will one day make his way into the Chelsea first-team or not - most academy players never see professional football.

The Sultan’s nephew will hope to prove different.

Later will be having an interesting match to watch. Stoke vs Man Utd

David De Gea
Patrice Evra
Phil Jones
Jonny Evans
Chris Smalling
Juan Mata
Wayne Rooney
Michael Carrick
Ashley Young
Tom Cleverley
Robin van Persie

I wonder how Moyes gonna make the trio to work together. Seeing from this placing I guess Rooney will be in Scholes position.

In MU's defense (never thought these words will ever come out of my mouth), RVP and Rooney just coming out of injury and they lost 2 CB in the match.

As for Mata, not suited to formation. Invisible for large periods. TBH, I don't see what he can provide that Kagawa can't. Remember how highly rated he was during Dortmund's dominant two season in Bundesliga? Now is just a bit part player at Old Trafford. At least we sold Mata, they still keeping Kagawa. Unless a new manager takes over United, Mata and Kagawa's future is in doubt.
*
well their manager started them..even when they were not match fit..

they buy mata because they can..and we willing to sell..they dont really need AM actually..they need LB, DM/CM and RW/LW tongue.gif

based on my personal full 90mins on romeu today ( i dont follow valencia..so might be bias) i think it's a yes or no to have romeu next season.

if yes, around 15 is a good price i think? or no?
if he stays..maybe lampard can rest next season.. haha.

he's quite decent.not saying he's world class of course.
*
romeu is neat..this is what i like about him..not like adventurous luiz.. biggrin.gif

15 mil is good for us if we want to let him go.

If Mou want to use him..then Lamp surely can rest..maybe take part time coach at Cobham tongue.gif
