For the past few years, I have been entitled to get back excess tax paid but not this year as I have to top-up. My tax relief/rebates have been consistent, only basic things like books/epf.

Does it mean I have surpassed certain figure of annual income? Is there anyone knows what is the exact figure? What is the figure then?

Or could be I have keyed-in wrongly? Highly doubt that.

Guys, just noticed a funny thing when I'm about to file my 2014 tax.

I checked "semakan pengesahan" of the previous years.. 2012 & 2013 to see the past submitted tax & I found out that I forgot to top-up the balance for 2013 even I have submitted it.



Turned out that, after 30th April until now, no one from LHDN has contacted me to remind me that I haven't top up.

So, this time I just have to pay is it? No penalty or anything for the late payment?

Flew few times after 30th of April last year up till now & no issues at all. Not sure if they didn't notice due to their own inefficiency or not. I don't know lol.

I think I'll just pay. 2013 & 2014 at once.
