Medical claims for parents - does it include normal visits to GP (ie fever, etc) or must it be treatments for serious illness only?

I have a question regarding income tax fom sale of property. I read that in legal fees, one of the payment is for CKHT for declaration to income tax or something along that line. So, does this mean for next year's income tax filing, I have to include the profit as part of my Pendapatan?
