hello anyone know how the tax relief on Computer works?

I have 2 receipt 1 is laptop another 1 is few core hardware (cpu+mobo+ram+case+hdd)

total up is 3k++ can i claim all 3k with these 2 receipt combined?

i quit my last company at sep 2014 and start another new job immediately until now(start of new job also sep 2014), now i have 2 ea form so i have to sum up both amt for tax? and the 'no majikan' fill which one?
