I am a sole proprietor but i just earn less than RM300. My online shop barely on operation now. I heard that even company is not not working, still need to file taxation. I need help on how to file an tax through ehasil. I need the procedure. Anyone can help me ?

Can I know what is tax refund ? and can someone tell me more about the computer rebate ? What is tax relief ?Sorry for so many questions
