Hi, Need advise on e-filling.
I'm a malaysian working in Singapore. Under the resident rules, I'm consider non resident since I stay less than 180 days in Malaysia (I got a rental in singapore apartment),

My question is, do I still need to complete the Borang BE or M form? And put in my income from Singapore? I've put zero income in BE form before this, but found its not right since thats for residence of malaysia.

Can PM me or guide me to a site for this.

Do I put the salary I'm earning in Singapore? I'm staying and working in Singapore now.

Right now I'm confuse if I should put zero in the Form M because I have no earning in Malaysia. None of my money will go to malaysia unless i transfer for my own personal savings.

Or put the sum I earn in Singapore and delare the double taxation agreement under malaysia and singapore agreement.
