Anyone tried paying Income Tax via credit card?

I noticed there is a 0.8% surcharge for credit card payment. ( Caj Pentadbiran Pengeluar Kad ). and also GST charges as well.

What i am wondering now is... if one has a 5% cashback card for example. would it make more sense to pay via credit card? Since the 5% would offset the surcharges and GST, while at the same time give u a little extra $$ and extend the credit terms of the income tax payment.

Thoughts?
